John Garey TV (JGTV) is an online platform and app that offers Pilates mat, Pilates reformer, fitness classes, and every other single Pilates equipment out there—Chair, Cadillac, Barrel, Tower, Springwall, and beyond. Workouts are designed to build flexibility, strength, mobility, and more. We have classes for newbies, intermediate practitioners, advanced practitioners, and Pilates instructors. For our Pilates teachers, each class also comes with a downloadable PDF guide with easy-to-follow thumbnail images.
